I'm a seasoned writer, having authored six books (The New Milks, Atria/Simon & Schuster; Mug Meals; Meatless All Day; Year-Round Slow Cooker; Williams-Sonoma New Flavors for Salads; and Tasting Club) and penned copy and created recipes for high-tech and lifestyle brands and national magazines (Every Day with Rachael Ray, Parents, Clean Eating, Cooking Light, Prevention.com, Fine Cooking, Dr. Oz The Good Life, Coastal Living, Specialty Food, Weight Watchers, The Huffington Post, Food52, and more). Recently, I've begun co- and ghost-writing books and polishing and editing book proposals.
Having studied at the Rhode Island School of Design and the Yellow Barn School, I complement my content creation with still life photography and painting.
