Frozen cherries are so sweet--only a hint of agave nectar is needed to make these vibrant pops scream "dessert!" You've been warned: they're messy, so be sure to enjoy outside, letting the pops drip freely onto your patio or deck!
Makes 9 popsicles
- 2 cups frozen sweet cherries
- 1 cup plain unsweetened coconut milk beverage
- ¼ cup agave nectar
- 1 tbsp fresh, strained lime juice
- ⅛ tsp salt
- In a blender, puree all of the ingredients until smooth, about one minute. Pour into an ice pop mold, and freeze until solid, at least two hours. Place the bottom of the mold in a bowl of warm water for a minute or so to make releasing the pops easier.
