I really enjoy public speaking and teaching. That's why I've given nearly 50 tastings and talks nationwide, and taught over 100 private and group cooking classes.

I've spoken in nine states and twice as many venues, including Macy's, The Chocolate Show, The NY Coffee & Tea Festival, Murray's Cheese, The Skirball Center, The Metropolitan Cooking & Entertaining Show, and Tales of the Cocktail. Coming up: a chocolate tasting on Feb. 20, 2010 at the NY Coffee & Tea Festival.

I offer private chocolate tastings in Fairfield County (Connecticut), Westchester (New York), and Manhattan (other locations are available for an additional charge). These interactive events include a lecture and exploratory tasting, and every participant receives a copy of Tasting Club. Private tastings are perfect for team-building sessions and conferences, holiday parties, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, or anytime fun.
